Students at Logan High School are learning important business skills thanks in part to a grant from the Hansen Foundation. Funds were used to purchase laptops and software programs used for laser printing. Students can take a class dedicated to the designing and making of items. Students in the Ag Entrepreneurship class are using the new technology to design items for the t-shirt press and the laser engraver. The class is essentially run as a business. Students have a business board meeting once a week to discuss all the different items they have to make and their individual tasks. The course ends with each student creating a business plan.
