With funding from a large outside vendor, the Dane G. Hansen Foundation, countless local business sponsorships and community support, 1000 concert attendees (5 times the population of Lebanon) enjoyed a full day of events. Families were entertained throughout the day and the evening was capped off with more than five hours of live music on the stage. The event was such a big success that the outside vendor has agreed to provide continued support. A bonus was that more participants meant more customers for the local fire department’s beer garden- making the event the largest fund raiser for that organization! All together, 90 local volunteers assisted with the planning and implementation of activities.
