  • ALL applicants will be required to submit financial information as a part of the application. For smaller projects or organizations without formal financials, sample documents can be found on the Grant Criteria page, under document requirements.
  • Applications submitted by entities such as health care or education foundations or “friends” organizations requesting funds that will directly benefit another organization, i.e.; a hospital, clinic, college or university, etc., must submit financial statements for BOTH the applying organization and the organization that will receive the direct benefit.

HELPFUL HINT:  Grant applications that are received, reviewed by the grant coordinator and marked as complete by 9:00 a.m. on the 25th of each month will be reviewed the following month. If an application is submitted before the 25th, but is incomplete, corrections 
must be received by 9:00 a.m. on the 25th in order to be considered the following month. Applicants are encouraged to submit their grant application a week early to ensure time, if needed, to make corrections.
