OBERLIN – A drive-in movie seen on an inflatable screen was part of the fun as funds were raised to support the efforts of the Grow Decatur County Foundation.

Seventy-one cars arrived for the Dec. 2 event, where they were welcomed by board members in Santa hats. Pizza and snacks were delivered to cars by ATVs decorated with Christmas lights. For many young attendees, it was a first opportunity to see a drive-in movie.

The Decatur County foundation is one among many foundations across Northwest Kansas that received generous gifts during 2020, paving the way for a brighter future in their communities.
