PHILLIPSBURG – Phillipsburg children are enjoying a new piece of playground equipment on the Phillipsburg Elementary playground.
Parts of the playground had not been updated since 1953. Volunteers helped tear down the old equipment and prepare the grounds for installation of the new structure.
A Hansen Foundation grant and grants from other agencies helped cover the costs.
