KIRWIN – The exterior of the historic Kirwin City Library building was meticulously tuckpointed and restored to its original state.
The Mid-Continental Restoration Co. of Fort Scott did the work to stabilize the building’s brickwork and restore its historic appearance.
A Hansen Foundation grant helped cover the cost of the project.
