WILSON – A new double wall oven made baking 500 kolaches for sale to guests during the Big Kansas Road Trip much easier to accomplish. Visitors came to the Kansas Originals Market and Gallery near Wilson from all over Kansas. Some came from other states, and one group arrived from Canada.
Around 2,400 people visited the market during the four days of the BKRT in May.
A Hansen Foundation grant covered the cost of the oven.
