MANKATO – Staff longevity bonuses funded by a Hansen grant are appreciated by the employees of the Jewell County Strong Community Daycare.
They are part of fostering a workplace where staff feel valued, respected and proud to be part of something meaningful, said Karla Fleming, board member for Jewell County Strong. She said the bonuses have created a better place to work, and also a better place for children to grow, learn and thrive.
