Graduating High School Seniors in one of the 26-counties in Northwest Kansas, if you are pursing a 1 or 2-year technical or associate degree at one of the following schools , you are eligible to apply for the Hansen Career and Technical Education Scholarship.

• Cloud County Community College
• Colby Community College
• Fort Hays State University (2-year program)
• Fort Hays Tech – North Central (Beloit or Hays)
• Fort Hays Tech – Northwest
• Hays Academy of Hair Design (Hays or Salina)
• Kansas State Polytechnic-Salina (2-year program)
• Salina Area Technical College

Applications must include a completed application, official transcript, resume, one-page essay and three letters of reference. The deadline for ALL application documents is October 20, 2025.
