QUINTER – A longevity bonus for childcare staff helped in numerous ways, according to employees of the Gove County Early Learning Center.
It helped an employee who commutes with fluctuating gas prices. It helped a mother who had children graduating high school and getting married celebrate those occasions. It helped a single mother of four remain in the job she loved instead of seeking something with better pay.
Staff at the facility remained stable throughout the year.
