FORMOSO – New curbing and guttering and accessible pathways were installed to replace crumbling sidewalks, and green spaces have been added to beautify downtown Formoso.

The project to improve accessibility of public buildings, safety and to beautify public spaces also included an entrance ramp into the community room, which is appreciated by many who have used it.

A bicycle rack gave youth a permanent place to park their bikes, and children were allowed to decide where it would be placed and the direction it would face. Assistance with projects was also received from volunteers with the Tree Board, Pride Club, U.S. postal employees, and the Garden Club.
