PALCO – Workshops sponsored by the Palco Art Club are giving area resident the opportunity to learn and refine artistic techniques.
The club, which has been in existence more than for 40 years, brought in visiting artists to teach workshops in watercolor and oil painting in 2019. Events were held in Stockton, Damar and Hays. Grant funds helped defray expenses.
