COLBY – Bonuses for staff have significantly improved staff retention at Citizens’ Clubhouse in Colby and other childcare facilities throughout the area.
This summer, 130 children participated in the school-aged program at Citizens’ Clubhouse. No classrooms were closed due to insufficient staffing. Pictured here, staff are dressed for Halloween.
