COLBY – A golf tournament and other local efforts helped the Thomas County Community Foundation exceed its Match Month fundraising goal.
The Colby High School National Honor Society did a labor auction with all proceeds going to Match Month. A member of the Kiwanis Club offered his own match: He would match dollar for dollar whatever other club members gave. The result was $6,200 donated!
TCCF will receive the full amount of matching funds available through the Hansen Foundation and the Patterson Family Foundation.
