MANKATO – The Jewell County Community Foundation raised more money than ever before during its Match Month effort.
More than $117,000 raised locally means Jewell County will receive the full available match from the Dane G. Hansen Foundation and the Patterson Family Foundation.
For the second year in a row, part of the fundraising effort was a Tower Shoot at Double H Ringnecks, which raised additional awareness for the community foundation and more than $5,000.
“Every year, we gain confidence about what we can accomplish in our community because our success continues to grow, and we are very proud of it,” said Director Kyra Lampe.
