NORTON – A child with a broken leg gave one Sunshine Learning Center employee an unexpected expense around Christmas, but a longevity bonus helped relieve the stress.
“My permanent staff feel the love of this bonus, and it is by far the favorite appreciation gift they receive,” said program director Jennifer McKenna. “I feel the joy in handing them the checks because I know they deserve the best we can offer.”
Grant funds provide longevity bonuses for area child care providers who qualify.
