BELLEVILLE – Movie goers who had a hard time hearing or seeing the action can attend movies without missing a word of dialogue now that the Blair Theater is equipped with headsets that provide the ability to adjust sound for the hearing impaired.
Grant funds provided seven headsets, as well as four closed caption receiver boxes, to enhance the movie-going experience for those patrons. Installation of the equipment resulted in an upgrade of sound quality for the theater overall.
