NORTON – Individuals already serving in meaningful roles within the community but with untapped leadership potential were identified and offered a spot in the Norton County Leadership Class. They represented nearly every major employer in the area.

During the program, they gained insight into local strategy development, key stakeholders and how strategic collaboration drives decision-making at all levels.

Some of the graduates of the program are expected to continue on with board and committee appointments to make the leadership program an ongoing success.
