Challenging weather added to the logistical difficulties of offering a series of concerts and other entertainment with events scheduled throughout Northwest Kansas.
However, the Western Plains Arts Association persevered through bitter cold weather, a blizzard, wind and blowing dirt and even a tornado warning!
The 2023-2024 season brought a range of cultural opportunities, including a magician, a variety of musical offerings and children’s programming.
